Regular exercise increases your physical activity and makes you feel mentally and physically active. The best kind of exercise, however, is cardiovascular exercise, which combines aerobic exercises with resistance training, weight training, and muscle-building exercises. An active lifestyle combines diet and exercise to promote a healthier heart.

Calories in over-the-top food can pack on the pounds, especially if you eat three or more hot dogs, French fries, or other fatty foods at every meal.
