Online Health Tips was created after a group of three friends decided they were fed up with fad diets, three-week stints at the gym with no avail and generally feeling a bit meh.
We set out to create our own version of healthy, fusing together traditional methods with normal lives so they are doable and accessible to all.
We try to cover as much as we can on Online Health Tips, but we always like to hear your suggestions and tips on how you manage to live a healthy lifestyle.
Over the years, we have worked with nutritionists, personal trainers, doctors and life-coaches, to really find the perfect balance for a healthy lifestyle and we try as hard as we can to pass our knowledge onto our readers so you too can become the best version of yourself.
From being too busy to getting stuck in a bit of a rut, we want to help those of all ages, gender and health to be able to kick-start a new life with the help of a supportive community where everyone’s goals are the same and everyone wants you to succeed.
